ACHIEVE: MANAGERIAL LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
ACHIEVE: Managerial Leadership Development Program (MLDP) is a modular leadership development program customized by META for managers in the organization.
OUTCOMES
Managers will embrace new mindset, motivate staff, develop their capability, and use managerial tools and frameworks to become more inspiring and effective managers.
- ACHIEVEconsists of five 2-day modules spread over a one year period.
- Each 2-day module will be followed by a 1-day evaluation of the SALT projects to be undertaken by the participants.
PROGRAM OVERVIEW
ACHIEVE comprises eight modules, where each module includes a 2-Day workshop followed consecutively by a SALT project based on the topic of the completed module, separated by a two-months interval. Each workshop day will focus on a critical topic for managers, to equip them to become a great leader in their organization.
Making learning fun and insightful through the use of experiential activities is also the key strength of any of Meta's programs. Besides enjoying the learning, participants will be able to transpose learning into personal and organizational actions through the debriefing after each experiential activity.
